More about this training experience

Over the course of 3 days, we will guide the participants in developing their personal leadership ID by learning about their emotional intelligence and its impact.

By using a self-awareness tool, participants will see how their personal leadership style is translated into the 4 domains of emotional intelligence.

This information is then used to help participants develop their personal leadership ID, by identifying areas of strength as well as opportunities for growth.
